The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — are owned by YOKE GLOBAL INC. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The YOKE, NIL Club, and Athlete Merch names and logos are trademarks of YOKE GLOBAL INC. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other right or license is granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of any third-party website, and your use of any linked website is at your own risk.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Severability; Entire Agreement; No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and YOKE GLOBAL INC. regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
